Getting to Paris from the airports
From CDG, you can take:- RER B (every 10-15 minutes, about 28 minute trip to, e.g., Châtelet-Les Halles, 8.10€)
- the Roissybus (every 15-20 minutes, 45-60 minute trip to Opéra, 8.50€)
- les cars Air France (coach buses to various destinations, various prices)
From Orly, you can take:
- the Orlyval (every 4-7 minutes, 8 minute trip) to Antony station on RER B, then take RER B to, e.g., Châtelet-Les Halles (25 minute trip), integrated ticket 9.10€
- the Orlybus from Aéroport d'Orly Sud (every 15-20 minutes, 30 minute trip to Denfert-Rochereau, 6€)
- a 10-minute shuttle to Pont de Rungis station (every 20 minutes) on RER C, then take RER C to, e.g., Gare d'Austerlitz (25 minute trip, ticket 5.75€)

If you think you will use ten métro tickets, it's cost-effective to buy a carnet of ten tickets (10.90€ instead of 14.00€ if you bought them singly). Be aware that the ordinary métro tickets do not get you into or out from the airports; those tickets are more expensive.
